Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SturdyPros Lancaster Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

SturdyPros Lancaster Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related landscaping work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Services may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximate and based on visual inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Property Access and Liability

You grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing services. You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other property features that may be affected by our work.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves certain inherent risks. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and will repair or compensate for any damage directly caused by our negligence.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns.

We do not guarantee the health or survival of trees after trimming or pruning, as this depends on many factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for damage caused by storms, disease, or other natural causes after our work is completed.

Safety and Permits

We follow all applicable safety regulations and industry standards. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for tree work on your property, unless we have specifically agreed to handle permits on your behalf.

For your safety, please keep children and pets away from work areas during service. We may temporarily restrict access to certain areas of your property while work is in progress.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
